Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
•    All training fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
•    Students may reschedule their training once only, provided that at least 1 week’s written notice is given before the scheduled training date.
•    If rescheduling is requested with less than 1 week’s notice, a late cancellation fee of AUD $300 will apply.
•    Failure to attend without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the full course fee.

2. Training Materials Policy

• All training materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of SYD Beauty Academy.

• Students are granted access to these materials strictly for personal educational use only.

• Materials must not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed to third parties under any circumstances.

• Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and may result in:
   

  • Immediate suspension of training

  • Cancellation of certification

  • Legal action for damages and enforcement of intellectual property rights

3. Student Commitment

• By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge and agree to comply with all Academy policies.

• Students are expected to respect the Academy’s schedules, resources, and intellectual property.

• Breaches of these terms may result in suspension of access, cancellation of enrolment, or legal remedies as deemed necessary by the Academy.
