Professional Journey: Transitioning into the beauty industry, I found my niche in eyelash extensions and brow services. Despite the long hours, I pursued certification and became a skilled technician, eventually leading to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and teaching the craft to peers.
International Ventures: Relocating to Australia, I initially struggled to find opportunities in Sydney's nascent lash and brow scene. However, my dedication and talent caught the attention of local salons, propelling me into roles where I catered to diverse clientele, including mentoring junior technicians.
Career Highlights: Thriving at "Love Those Lash" for four years, I ascended to the position of Senior Technician, overseeing training programs and nurturing talent. My expertise further flourished as I ventured into other esteemed salons, culminating in my current role from 2015 as Lead Stylist and Company Trainer at "Lady Lash".
Mission: Drawing from nearly two decades of hands-on experience and international certification, I've opened an academy to empower technicians with the skills and knowledge essential for success in this dynamic field. My passion lies in elevating standards and fostering growth within the lash and brow industry.

Her journey began in 2005 as a First Class Certified Eyelash Artist in Korea, and since then, she has evolved into a leading authority in the Australian lash and brow scene.
Ivy does not just perform treatments; she defines excellence. As a government-recognized educator in Australia, she holds a formal Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Hi, I’m Isabelle, a lash technician based in Western Sydney with over two years of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted love for beauty and the eye. My journey into the lash world started in an unexpected way: I was studying Vision Science, fascinated by the structure and function of the eye. That curiosity has come full circle, and today, I specialise in enhancing natural beauty through carefully tailored lash extensions and lifts.
I’ve completed multiple advanced lash courses and an educator certification, allowing me to stay at the forefront of the industry and begin sharing my knowledge with others. I believe in always growing, both as an artist and as a mentor, to ensure my clients receive the safest techniques and most flattering results.
After six years of wearing lash extensions myself, I’ve come to truly understand the difference the right lashes can make. I’ve explored everything from classic to volume styles, but it wasn’t until I found perm point, a Korean-inspired technique, that I discovered what really suited my features. Lightweight, elegant, and natural. Perm point is especially perfect for Asian eyes and anyone who prefers a subtle, effortless look.
Here in Western Sydney, bolder styles like wispy and anime sets are definitely trending, but I’m passionate about introducing my clients to Korean beauty techniques, like lash lifts and perm point, as beautiful alternatives. Lashes don’t have to be heavy or dramatic to be impactful, and I love helping others find that balance for themselves.
As I move into my role as an educator, my goal is to not only serve my clients with care and precision, but also to support and guide aspiring lash artists on their own journey. Because when you feel confident in your lashes, it shows and that’s a feeling I want to share

With over 9 years of elite beauty experience from Korea, Bo Kim brings authentic K-beauty excellence to Victoria, Australia. A pivotal moment in her career occurred two years ago when she completed her formal LED Lash Extensions certification at Syd Beauty Academy, subsequently becoming one of the first to successfully launch this advanced Korean method in Melbourne.
After two years of witnessing exceptional retention and high client satisfaction, Bo Kim is now expanding her mission. To meet the growing demand for professional, high-tier training, she has officially opened the Syd Beauty Academy Melbourne Branch.
Her goal is simple: to provide the same world-class technical standards and curriculum found at Syd Beauty Academy right here in Melbourne. As a dedicated educator, Bo Kim is passionate about empowering the next generation of lash artists with the cutting-edge tools and techniques that have made her studio a premier destination in Victoria.
