• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 1 week’s notice (late changes incur a $300 fee).

• Training materials are for personal use only and must not be shared or reproduced.

• Certificates are issued upon full attendance and satisfactory completion.

• The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.
