Once your enrolment is confirmed, a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to welcome you and assist in scheduling your course dates at a time that suits both parties.

• All course fees are strictly non-refundable.

• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 1 week’s notice (late changes incur a $300 fee).

• Training materials are for personal use only and must not be shared or reproduced.

• Certificates are issued upon full attendance and satisfactory completion.

• The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.
